There's a short delay when updating the number in the app. Please be patient, in the meantime, please try the following: 

■ Push the button of the Opener to manually send the data to the server. Please stay close to the router as strong connection will ensure a more stable update. 


■ Check the WiFi connection. Sometimes instabilities may arise and cause the device to become disconnected. If the Opener blinks red when opening a bottle, it is an indicator with a connection issue. If there is no light, the Opener may be out of battery. 


■ Clean the camera. If the images captured by the camera aren't clear, they may not appear in the app. If you've tried all of the above and you're still encountering the issue, please contact our support team.
