- Make sure you're inputting the right WiFi Name & Password
- Make sure that you have a stable WiFi connection.
- Make sure you're running the right iOS (Above 10.0)/Android version (Above 4.3)
- Make sure you have the latest update of the App If you're still encountering an issue, please contact our support team.
